Information and request for consent concerning the processing of personal data, in accordance with articles 13, 23 and 26 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.
In compliance with the provisions set out in article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, Balocco S.p.A., the data controller, hereby informs you that:
1) the aforementioned Legislative Decree provides a series of obligations for those "controlling" (i.e. collecting, processing, storing, communicating, disclosing, etc.) personal data related to other subjects ("interested parties");
2) the processing of your personal data and those of your family members that we already own or that we will request or will be communicated by you or third parties, will have the sole purpose of recruitment, assessment and personnel selection;
3) while processing these data, Balocco S.p.A. could acquire data defined by the Legislative Decree 196/2003 as "sensitive", i.e. personal data allowing the disclosure of, among others:
• health situation (e.g. medical certificates for sick leave, maternity or accidents, data related to disability hiring quotas, medical examinations for occupational safety and health);
• trade union membership (e.g. becoming a trade union representative, requests for the deduction of trade union fees);
• support of associations or organizations of political character (e.g. request for leave for those who are in elected office);
• religious beliefs (e.g. request for religious holidays, as provided for by law);
4) the purposes of data collection may result in the need/opportunity to process data (included the sensitive ones) concerning other people (e.g. spouse, children, employees);
5) your personal data will be processed using manual and/or automatic means in order to store, manage and transmit those data instrumental to pursuing our specific purposes, based on the data we hold and with your commitment to immediately communicate any corrections, additions and/or upgrades;
• For operational reasons related to recruitment, assessment and selection, your data may be disclosed to the following types of subjects: professionals (employment consultants, tax consultants, etc.), public and private corporations with national insurance, welfare and insurance purposes, also supplementary (INPS - National Social Security Institute, INAIL - Industrial injury compensation board, Department of Labour Inspection, ASL - Local Health Authorities, insurance companies, etc.), controlled or subsidiaries companies with which Balocco S.p.A. has business or contractual relations and subjects that can access your data in accordance with relevant provisions of secondary or community law;
6) no disclosure of data will be made outside the national territory;
7) it will not be possible to spread the data among undetermined subjects;
8) providing Balocco with your personal data is not mandatory, but it may be necessary to carry out legal or contractual obligations arising from any future relations;
Any refusal to provide Balocco with such data, allow their treatment and their communication to the above mentioned persons may result in:
• the inability to fulfil some tasks, also of direct interest to you, such as starting an employment relationship with our company or a subsidiary one.

11) you are entitled to the following rights:
• to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form;
• to be informed of: data controller details, purposes and methods of processing and person in charge of processing them, entities or categories of entity to whom or which their personal data may be communicated;
• updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
• erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data;
• to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
• to object to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.

For your convenience, please find below the full text of article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, regarding the right of access to personal data:

Art. 7
Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights
1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed:
a. of the source of the personal data;
b. of the purposes and methods of the processing;
c. of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;
d. of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5(2);
e. of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
3. A data subject shall have the right to obtain:
a. updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b. erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
c. certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a. and b. have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a. on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b. to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
You are kindly requested to give us your written consent to the processing of your data and to the consequent communications, as well as your commitment to immediately communicate any changes in the data we acquired.
We will retain your CV in our archives for a period of 18 months after your job application.
I hereby declare that I read the information note about the data processing under Art. 13 of Legislative Degree 196/2003, and I hereby express my consent to the processing of my personal data by Balocco S.p.A.
