Our Panettone is a sweet, naturally leavened baked product. It follows a traditional recipe, and is 100% free from genetically modified ingredients.
wheat flour - fresh eggs* 12% - raisins 12% - sugar - butter - candied orange peels 8.2% (orange peels – glucose-fructose syrup - sugar - acidity regulator: citric acid) - fresh pasteurized milk - natural yeast (wheat flour - water - yeast) - fresh egg* yolk 2.2% - inverted sugar syrup - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - cocoa butter - salt - natural flavourings.
May contain tree nuts, soya and mustard.
Store in a cool and dry place.
