How we made it... Nutritional values

Our Panettone cake is a bakery confectionery product. Prepared with only non-modified ingredients.

Ingredients

wheat flour - fresh eggs* 16% - sugar - gianduja chocolate cream 14.4% [sugar - milk - water - hazelnuts 9.2% corresponding to 1.3% of the total ingredients - glucose syrup - gianduja chocolate (containing: hazelnuts - milk - soya) 6.8% corresponding to 1% of the total ingredients - skimmed milk powder - flavourings - butter - stabiliser: pectin - preservative: potassium sorbate] - butter - milk chocolate 8.8% (sugar - cocoa butter - milk powder - cocoa mass - emulsifier: soya lecithin - flavouring) - natural yeast (wheat flour - water - yeast) - glucose syrup - dark chocolate 2% (cocoa mass - sugar - cocoa butter - butter - emulsifier: soya lecithin - natural vanilla flavouring) - emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids - alcohol - salt - skimmed milk powder - natural flavouring.

May contain other tree nuts and mustard.
