How we made it... Nutritional values

Balocco Panna Cotta cake: a soft and fragrant cake, naturally leavened and with non-genetically modified ingredients. A packet of icing sugar is included in the weight.

Ingredients

wheat flour - fresh eggs* 16.5% - sugar - “panna cotta” filling 9.2% (sugar - water - glucose syrup - cream powder 5% corresponding to 0.5% of the total ingredients - sunflower seed oil - skimmed milk powder - flavourings - fresh pasteurised cream 1% corresponding to 0.1% of the total ingredients - thickeners: pectin - preservatives: potassium sorbate) - caramel cream 9.2% (glucose syrup - sugar - water - cream powder - flavourings - sunflower seed oil - milk powder - caramel 0.5% corresponding to 0.05% of the total ingredients - thickeners: pectin - preservatives: potassium sorbate - salt) - vegetable margarine (palm oil - water - acidity regulator: citric acid) - butter - natural yeast (wheat flour - water - yeast) - glucose syrup - emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids - alcohol - skimmed milk powder - salt - natural flavouring.

May contain tree nuts, soya and mustard.

Icing sugar pouch 3.8% (sugar - wheat starch - flavourings).

Store in a cool and dry place.
