How we made it... Nutritional values

Our Mandorlato is a sweet, naturally leavened baked product, free from genetically modified ingredients.  Made following a traditional Balocco recipe, it is the first panettone to be made with almonds and sugar. Available in a 750g and 1000g format.

 

Ingredients

wheat flour - raisins 12.4% - hazelnuts glaze 10% (sugar - rice flour - hazelnuts 7.3% corresponding to 0.7% of the total ingredients - sunflower oil - powdered egg* white 2.5% corresponding to 0.2% of the total ingredients - wheat flour - flavourings) - butter - candied orange and citron peels 8.2% (orange peels 43% - glucose-fructose syrup - sugar - citron peels 11% - acidity regulator: citric acid) - fresh egg* yolk 7% - sugar - natural yeast 6.2% (wheat flour - water) - fresh pasteurized milk 3.4% - almonds 2.2% - invert sugar syrup - frosted sugar 1.7% - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - salt - natural flavourings.

May contain other tree nuts, soya and mustard.

Store in a cool and dry place.
