Ingredients

wheat flour - hazelnuts glaze 12.3% (sugar - rice flour - hazelnuts 7.3% corresponding to 0.9% of the total ingredients - sunflower oil - powdered egg* white 2.5% corresponding to 0.3% of the total ingredients - wheat flour - flavourings) - candied orange and citron peels 12% (orange peels 43% - glucose-fructose syrup - sugar - citron peels 11% - acidity regulator: citric acid) - butter - sugar - natural yeast 7.7% (wheat flour - water) - fresh egg* yolk 7% - frosted sugar 6.4% - raisins 3.5% - almonds 2.6% - inverted sugar - fresh pasteurized milk - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - salt - natural flavourings.

May contain other tree nuts, soya and mustard.
